Seattle Seahawks Lofa Tatupu had a court appearance today over his May DUI arrest. A little background on the situation for those that don't know. On May 10th, Tatupu failed three field sobriety tests and then blew two breath tests that registered a .155 and .158. The legal limit is a .08 so Tatupu was clearly over intoxicated. Seattle Seahawks wide receiver, Bobby Engram, is the latest NFL player to want a new contract. Engram is currently making $1.7 million for the 2007, while fellow WR Deion Branch is making $3.5 mil and going to miss part of the 2008 season with an ACL injury. The Denver Broncos are busy bolstering their wide receiving corps this week, by signing Samie Parker and Darrell Jackson. This is an update to a post I made just a couple hours ago. So much for my thinking of Olindo Mare signing with the Denver Broncos. Mare signed a deal with the Seattle Seahawks this evening.
