Taylor to Packers deal looking unlikely

There were rumors this week that the Green Bay Packers were considering a trade for the Miami Dolphins Jason Taylor. Now their are conflicting reports about what is actually going on, the only thing consistent is that a deal is pretty much in dream land. ESPN’s John Clayton feels there is no chance of one happening, while the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel does list a few ways that this deal can happen. Read more

Fresh off a Super Bowl Championship and a visit to the White House, how does one truly celebrate??? You take an extended visit to your local jail house to visit the local inmates, oh wait did I say visit, I meant live with. Thats right Ahmad Bradshaw the little known running back that helped spur the New York Giants offense down the stretch is currently living in a Virginia jail. Bradshaw’s sentence began June 15th and will last for 30 days. So where the hell did this come from??? Read more

Could the Green Bay Packers be looking into Jason Taylor? According to the Green Bay Press-Gazette, the Packers have made an exploratory inquiry with the Miami Dolphins in regards to Taylor. It’s no secret that Taylor has wanted out of Miami, but this is interesting timing as reports have said the sides semi-made up and Taylor was willing to play out his contract for the Dolphins. Taylor wants to play for a Super Bowl contender. The Packers even without Brett Favre, should be in the NFC playoff hunt. Is this is a good match , is it really a possibility??? Read more

Tatupu enters DUI plea, NFL needs to punish too

Seattle Seahawks Lofa Tatupu had a court appearance today over his May DUI arrest. A little background on the situation for those that don’t know. On May 10th, Tatupu failed three field sobriety tests and then blew two breath tests that registered a .155 and .158. The legal limit is a .08 so Tatupu was clearly over intoxicated. McCown leading the race in Miami

After a month of various camps it looks like the Miami Dolphins have a front runner for the quarterback position. Some teammates have said that Josh McCown has been the sharpest out of the three. We’ve talked about the Dolphins situation before, earlier in camps the team was rotating them between units but I’d guess McCown will be starting training camp with the first team. Mind you, this battle is far from over as he doesn’t have a huge lead over the other options. Read more
