Could Victor Zambrano returning to the New York area to pitch again? It's very possible. Don't worry Mets fans your team isn't interested, they aren't going down that road again. According to FoxSports, Ken Rosenthal, the New York Mets have claimed first baseman Andy Phillips off waivers. Phillips was designated for assignment this past Sunday by the Cincinnati Reds. This move will surely leave many Mets fans scratching their heads, as it makes no sense whatsoever.
