Detroit Tigers center fielder Curtis Granderson was sent for precautionary x-rays today after being hit by a pitch. Granderson was hit by a Travis Blackley pitch on his right hand during today's game against the Philadelphia Phillies. Things are definitely getting pretty ugly between the Detroit Tigers and Brandon Inge. On Sunday afternoon, the team had Inge start as catcher, with the idea being if Vance Wilson is not ready to go he will help back-up Pudge Rodriguez.
