Chicago Cubs pitcher Carlos Zambrano claims his shoulder is just fine. There have been rumors lately that his shoulder is bothering him. Supposedly, Zambrano has been experiencing neck stiffness, and the soreness radiates down to the area where the neck and shoulder meet. Yea, I know who wants to play for them? Well, apparently Jacque Jones REALLY wants to play for the Florida Marlins. The Detroit Tigers designated the outfielder for assignment last week, and have till this Friday to make a decision on whether or not to trade or outright release him. The Chicago Cubs finalized their roster today, with a surprising demotion. First, Ronny Cedeno beat out Alex Cintron for the back-up shortstop job. Second, Mike Fontenot beat out Matt Murton for the final outfield spot.
