First off, WELCOME to MySportsRumors.com. Thanks for coming to visit and looking at what we have to offer.

Some may ask, why another sports blog dedicated to rumors, aren’t there enough already? I’d yes there are plenty, but they are all the same. Most sites just post the same rumors everyone else has, where they got the rumor from, what the rumors is and a couple stats. I’d like to think that this site will be different from those. How so you ask? Well lets break it down.

We aren’t going to post just the same rumors everyone else has. We will post rumors that you’d normally find in your local newspaper. You know, those little tidbits you may find at the bottom of the article about your local team. The little things that normally don’t make it to the mainstream
We’ll be adding to these rumors by giving you a fan perspective. We’ll do our best to look at each rumor as if we were a fan of those teams and how those fans would respond to this. Every where else you get the rumor , the stats and any commentary is fantasy related. Here if your local team is getting robbed in a deal or a player is being a jerk in negotiations, then thats what we’ll say! Everyone doesn’t play fantasy sports so our commentary won’t be all fantasy related
There will also occasionally be featured articles. Right now, it’s a one man staff so till things get going you may see just one or two featured articles. Where we may take a specific team, a division, or an entire league and then take a topic and just discuss. Something that would hopefully give you more insight in to whats going on around professional sports. And also just to break up the monotony of small rumors and news.

While I only posted three things for you. I feel these are the major points that will differentiate us from any other sports rumors blog and eventually bring us to the level of your major sports rumors web sites. So while things get going bear with us as the site will be continually changing.
