Gronkowski Apologizes For Photos

I’m really disappointed here. New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski apologized to owner Robert Kraft for the photos he took with porn star Bibi Jones. Now did the photos create a huge buzz on the internet? Yes. Did it make Patriots haters fans of Gronkowski? Yes. Did it show the Patriots in a negative light? Hell F’n NO!

“I didn’t send anything to hurt the reputation of anyone on the New England Patriots or on behalf of Robert Kraft,” said Gronkowski. “That’s all, just a simple picture, that’s all. From here on out, I’m just here to talk about the Pittsburgh Steelers and the big game this weekend.” (ESPN Boston)

Rob you have nothing to apologize for!!! You did what any man would do if a porn star said she you were her favorite athlete! Enjoy it and don’t apologize for it. Now that it’s game time I would say OK don’t talk about it but sure as hell don’t apologize for it.

If this were a Miller Lite commercial I’d say that was a very unmanly thing to do.. But it’s not so I want as you have the pictures with the Bibi Jones that none of us have! Plus the comment at the end of the interview was great!

Asked about how he ended up in Pittsburgh for his final year of high school, Gronkowski noted it was a long story. When a reporter said he had time, Gronkowski suggested to Google it. When the reporter shot back that he doesn’t trust anything on the Internet, Gronkowski ended his time with the media in appropriate fashion.

“Me neither,” he said with a smile before departing for a conference call with the Pittsburgh media. (ESPN Boston)

So I have to ask again why the hell would you apologize for something like this????
