Banned Toyota Commercial

Many of the major corporations know how to market their products on television. You either use a hot chick or chicks, or use famous sports personalities. Do one of the two and your product usually sells. Quite a few years back Toyota tried to take the sports promotion a little further thou and it got their commercial banned from TV.

From the video quality and the dates on some of the footage I’d say it was around the time that America’s Funniest Home Videos was popular. Which would explain why they use the footage they did. Was it enough to get their commercial banned? I don’t think so, in all honesty it’s a pretty damn funny commercial. Something you’d expect on Super Bowl Sunday.

Pretty funny stuff and again I have to say how did this get banned? The powers that be were a little too uptight back then, today that would be on TV easily. After watching that thou I figured I’d throw out a few more blooper videos for your viewing pleasure.

And one more.
