NFL Power Rankings Week Two

It was a pretty enjoyable first week of the NFL season, not many upsets but definitely tons of injuries which are causing some big shifts in for our Week 2 NFL Power Rankings.

The Eagles have possibly lost Donovan McNabb, that’s a minor hit. The Bears have lost Brian Urlacher for the season, thats a big hit. San Francisco made the Cardinals look like last year was a fluke, meaning big changes for both teams.

Enough talk, here’s the rankings.

Now some reasonings.

The Patriots I thought of dropping them a spot or two, but no other team really showed themselves worthy of moving into that spot. So for now they stay there.

The Eagles won but took a minor hit in the rankings because of McNabb’s injury. As long as it truly is short term and no controversy occurs with the signing of Jeff Garcia they’ll be go back to being higher then fifth.

Dallas was pretty impressive in Week One, even with it coming against Tampa they rose in the rankings. Have to see a repeat performance against a quality team before they crack the Top 10.

What I said about the Cowboys also goes for the New Orleans Saints. I’m more confident in the Saints cracking the top 10 next week.
