After a weekend off, its time for another edition of The Twitter Files. If you’re new to this its where we feature some of the people we follow on Twitter. Give you a really brief little bio on them and then post an interesting thing they said that day.
PhillySportsGuy – Chris runs the blog Heard in the Cheap Seats,a blog covering what else? Philadelphia sports. What he says is absolutely on point, unfortunately All-Star games (in all sports) are for the fans so unfortunately the best talent isn’t always the ones starting.
PhillySportsGuy - Fans should not be allowed to vote for the all-star game…Jimmy Rollins starting at SS? Are you kidding me?
ArashMarkazi – Arash is a writer for Sports Illustrated, covering the west coast. Today’s quote isn’t sports related but totally the truth.
ArashMarkazi – I love Conan but there’s something cool about being on at 12:37, it’s like finding a nice club before it gets ruined by being on Entourage.
ARealist – Antonio runs the blog North Shore Style, it’s not a sports blog but he does spend a lot of time talking sports with us and others on Twitter.
ARealist – Ummm is Carlos Boozer sunburned or is his makeup…I think it’s both. And the eyebrows are arched. Come on man.
Next up is one of the biggest Yankee fans on Twitter, RiverAveBlues. RiverAveBlues is one of the biggest blogs about the Bombers there is, if you notice its also part of the YES Network of Blogs. He provides some of the best coverage of Yankees baseball on his blog.
RiverAveBlues – So MLB is pimping its prime time draft by running it against a Yanks/Red Sox match-up with first place on the line. Programming fail.
DCSportsBog – Dan is a blogger for the Washington Post, so obviously he covers the Nationals, Capitals and the Redskins.
dcsportsbog – Quote from Skins lottery press conference. I swear. “Redskins fans and lottery fans have an awful lot in common.”
So there we go some of the most interesting things I’ve seen on Twitter in the last day. I haven’t been on it much so haven’t seen that much funny stuff, hopefully that changes tomorrow. Regardless, make sure to follow these guys as they are pretty influential in the Twitter Sports world.
Feel free to follow us on TWITTER and/or subscribe to our RSS feed.

Bet you didn’t think I’d do it here…
