When Isiah Thomas was let go it was known the New York Knicks were going to change things in a big way. President Donnie Walsh and head coach Mike D’Antoni have wasted no time in trying to make positive changes. The most impressive thing to me has been the duo’s attempt to keep the fans abreast on what is going on. In the preseason, Walsh told us he had to take the season to see what David Lee and Nate Robinson could provide before an extension. Do us fans like that? No, but he was honest and said he needs to evaluate the roster before making major moves like that. Well, Walsh is continuing this trend of openness by answering fans directly from the fans. That’s right, Madison Square Garden has released a video via their website where Donnie Walsh answers fans that came directly from the fans.
