NFL House Cleaning

Alright boys and girls, the computer is fully functioning again, damn browser hijacks and viruses. Put me behind on posts and now it is time to catch up. First and foremost it’s time for a little NFL house cleaning. We need to give you our Week 2 NFL picks results, as well as our current power rankings. So let’s not waste anytime.

Week 2 NFL Results - Wow, did we have a good week. My Sports Rumors went 11-4, nailing both our upset special Buffalo over Jacksonville, and our lock of the week Green Bay over Detroit. This stellar week enabled us to be the Week 2 Winner of Cuzoogles’s Pigskins Picks Contest, granted it was off of tiebreakers but regardless a win is a win baby! Our overall season total is now 21-10 good enough for 2nd in the overall standings.

NFL Power Rankings - The landscape of the NFL continues to change with these surprising defeats in the first two weeks. Which means Power Rankings keep getting shaken up and flipped upside down almost weekly. Here is my current top 5 in order, Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants, Pittsburgh Steelers, Green Bay Packers and the Philadelphia Eagles. The team at the bottom is easily the Kansas City Chiefs.

As some of you know already, we participate in NE Patriots Draft Power Rankings, with NE Patriots Draft, Blue Workhouse, World of Isaac and The Sports Dollar. James takes the average of all the rankings and voila you have the overall rankings.

Alright there you go a little house keeping. Coming up later today is the Week 3 NFL Picks and hopefully some NFL news if time permits.
