Fastlinks

Hey everyone, it’s a Tuesday night and I’m settling in to work right now and trying to figure out which stories I want to write about tonight. So in the meantime, figured I’d hit you off with a MLB edition of Fastlinks. We’ve obviously got an article about Chien-Ming Wang, without a doubt we have to touch on Willie Randolph, got a look into how to save CC Sabathia and to finish it off a fantasy report on a new rookie.
- Ok so the top story of the day is Willie Randolph. I personally am not going to write about this as I feel has been beaten to death. How many times can you read how wrong it is how they fired him? Really! So I will give you this story thou, that looks at what kind of person was up to hear this announcement live, it comes courtesy of TheSportsCulture.com.
- Another big story has been the injury to New York Yankees pitcher Chien-Ming Wang. I usually talk about most Yankees news but I’ve held off on this one, trying to figure out just what I want to say, and whom I think the Yankees should really go after. In the meantime, I really feel the team should just stand pat, and Bugs and Cranks put what I’ve been thinking into words perfectly. So till I come up with this list of reasonable options, take a look at their article.
- We talked the other day about the San Diego Padres finally calling up star prospect Chase Headley. Outside of Padres fans thou and die hard fantasy players, most don’t know about this kid. Well if you play fantasy baseball, and you still don’t know whom he is, go to BlueWorkHorse.com they’ve got a full fantasy report on the kid.
- There’s been plenty of rumors the last couple days about Cleveland Indians pitcher CC Sabathia, especially since the Wang injury. Well the Dave Burba Revolution takes a look in how to save CC Sabathia and keep him in Cleveland. I wouldn’t take this thing fully seriously thou, it seems more comedic relief as its “Saving CC Sabathia: Michelle Tanner Style”. Michelle Tanner? Yes, the show Full House. I wonder if this guy was drunk or extremely tired, regardless it was an interesting read.
