		<description>I can&#039;t remember any time in recent history where a team has used this method of stretching out a reliever to make him a starter once the season has started.  It&#039;s pretty intriguing to watch.

Anyway, going from 27 pitches to 55 pitches isn&#039;t going to cut it.  I don&#039;t think he should be starting anytime soon, even though people expect him to start Monday or Tuesday.  Is a starter that can throw an effective 55 pitches really any better than an infective starter throwing 110 pitches?  I dunno..</description>
