Curse attempt foiled

So much for the buried David Ortiz jersey underneath the new Yankees Stadium. Team officials had the concrete in the visitors clubhouse dug up to find the jersey. Two supervisors found the jersey Saturday and removed it from the ground. The jersey was buried underneath 2 feet of concrete. The team plans on donating the jersey to charity, where it could command a premium price with this rivalry.

Now for that Boston Red Sox fan who decided to act like a moron. Team officials are considering a lawsuit against the construction worker. Any lawsuit would most likely include all costs to dig and remove the concrete, as well as relaying the concrete and of course additional charges to get more money. Hope your attempt at being funny costs you a decent amount of money, idiot!
