Teams dropping from Chillar race

As time goes by teams keep dropping from the race to sign St Louis Rams LB Brandon Chillar. Teams aren’t dropping from the race by the usual reasons thou, health scares, price, years, etc it’s because of his insistence on waiting for the Arizona Cardinals. Chillar, originally from California, would love nothing better then to play closer to home. The best option for him to do so is to play for the Cardinals, so he’s waiting for them.
What’s the problem with the Cardinals then? What’s taking so long to get a deal done? The problem , cap space. Till Larry Fitzgerald’s contract is restructured the Cards have no money to sign anyone. Things are so bad in Arizona they’re having to cut players just to sign players. They needed a new long snapper and only way to bring one in at the time being was to cut a player. That player, Sean Morey, is expected to resign once Fitz is restructured. (Probably with a small little bonus for willing to be made expendable).
What teams have dropped out of the Chillar race? Both the Green Bay Packers and the New York Giants have taken themselves out of the running, as neither team feels like playing in his waiting game. His former team, the Rams, are still in the running thou. They want Chillar back and don’t mind hanging around a little longer. If Chillar wants to guarantee himself a decent check for next year he may have to give in soon and re-up with the Rams.
